The staff were very friendly. the location is good. It is a 15-minute walk to the center. the room was spacious with a nice shower!!!
the soundproofing between rooms is poor. i could hear everything from neighboring rooms. i could hear water running and people walking, especially when neighbors packed at 4 am.

was really good.
perfect location helpful staff lobby refreshments varied breakfast
the location was perfect. i really enjoyed spending time on the terrace. the reception staff was very helpful, addressing any request i had, the hotel provided water and fruits in the lobby. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
The room temperature was a bit high. Even with the ac on, it was difficult to regulate the temperature. accessories in the room were minimal, specifically no kettle was available, a minor inconvenience.

My room was spacious and modern in design. it had all the necessary amenities, the bathroom featured a rainfall shower. It added a touch of luxury to the experience and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful sleep.

the staff at the reception was friendly. they were always available to assist with any requests. the service i received was consistently helpful and accommodating. they are really nice people.

The breakfast had many options! the breakfast area was well kept. staff kept it clean and organized. The selection included both hot and cold items with fruits, pastries and local specialities. it was a good start to the day.

helpful staff clean room comfortable bed warm temperature missing glasses noisy room
the staff were great, they helped me with directions. the bathroom had shampoo and conditioner. the bed was comfortable and they cleaned the room everyday.
the temperature in the room was warm, and i had trouble sleeping at night. there were no glasses in the room. also, it was noisy in my room.

the staff provided a very informative welcome. i received a glass of port and a helpful map with sights overview. the staff remained helpful throughout my stay. clean rooms and great breakfast were available.

The room design felt so modern and fresh! The staff was very helpful, answering all my questions after a long day. I really liked the convenient grocery store only a 5-minute walk away. The location made getting around easy!!!
